Hashi Ikigai

Ikigai (生き甲斐)
The "reason for being"; the reason to get up in the morning. It comes from the combination of "ikiru" (to live) and "kai" (the realization of what you hope for). This word corresponds to a practice that is increasingly popular in the West: through a graphical model consisting of four overlapping spheres, one can find their own "ikigai." The four main questions to ask are: What do you love? What does the world need? What can you be paid for? What are you good at?
