•   Send a return request to the email address info@maisonlenine.com with the order number, we will send you all instructions to proceed 
•   You can return products within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order 
•   Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with intact labels, without signs of use and in original packaging
•   We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective or do not match the product description, changes in size or color are possible, subject to availability
•   Returns are charged to the customer, except in case of defective products or errors in shipment
•   If everything is correct, once received the return we will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days via Bank Transfer or PayPal
•   Underwear items (underwear and swimwear) are not returnable, except for defects
